Delete your data

Tap Tap Tap creates a player for your device automatically. You can delete that player and all data linked to it at any time.

Delete it in the game (instant)

Open Tap Tap Tap (Android, iPhone, or in your browser) on the device you play on.
On the home screen, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my data.
Confirm with Delete.

Your data is deleted right away. If you keep playing, the game starts you again as a new player.

Or ask us by email

If you no longer have the app, email gamessupport@ciraly.com with the subject “Delete my Tap Tap Tap data”. Include your player name and whether you played on Android, iPhone or the web, so we can find your player. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your player: name, stars, wins, losses and draws
Your friends list and friend requests
Chat messages you sent or received
Your leaderboard scores
Your login sessions
On the device you delete from: your saved player and your last 5 games

What is kept

Results of matches you played remain in your opponents’ history, but your name is replaced with “Deleted player” and the link to you is removed.
Server access logs, which may include IP addresses, are kept for a short period for security and then deleted.

Ad data collected by Google in the mobile apps is controlled by Google. You can reset or delete your advertising id in your phone’s settings. See the Privacy Policy.
